Because we’re not taught how to embrace and work with change, it’s easy to feel stuck and confused. Change becomes the enemy of progress. As a result,we miss out on the potential that change holds for us – we’re missing the innate wisdom and possibility that awaits us on the other side.
I understand what it’s like to feel lost, confused and just plain stuck. I’ve been there myself. The way forward seems elusive: you know what you don’t want in your life, but don’t yet know what you do want. And make yourself wrong for feeling that way.
Here’s the thing. Uncertainty is part of the process – it’s written into the blueprint of change. But suffering doesn’t have to be. We can befriend change.
