The change you seek is an inside job
After spending the better part of twenty years studying various self-help methods and practices and experiencecing first-hand how these supported me through life’s ups and downs, I felt called to use what I had learned to serve and guide others. I have since been trained in various coaching modalities that have allowed me to lend my decades-long experience of inner work with practical, actionable tools and skills.
Through the work we do together, I teach my clients one of the foundational lessons that I learned to apply
in my own life: When we are in a healthy relationship with ourselves, our relationships with other people – our partners, family, friends, co-workers, bosses – begin to blossom and thrive. From that place of true belonging to ourselves, we begin to take inspired action.
Nothing lights me up more than harnessing the transformative potential of change. I fearlessly guide my clients through transition and toward clarity and wholehearted living.
Born in Bombay to an Indian mother and a Swiss father, I feel at home in both cultures. I studied social anthropology and media studies in the UK and went on to work in arts management and promotion in Switzerland for nearly twenty years. Since 2018, I work both as an individual coach and as a consultant to arts organizations and funding bodies around issues such as diversity and anti-discrimination, democratisation, transformation and organizational development.
I am deeply committed to change – individually and collectively – towards equality and transformative justice. I love creating and fostering connections between people. Ibelieve that this connection begins with ourselves.
